• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return.
• Certain items (such as personalized items and hygiene products once opened) may not be eligible unless received defective.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@epakira.com with your Order ID, product name, and reason for return. We typically respond within 24–48 business hours.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrect items: Epakira covers return shipping.
• Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
