Ingredients: Ragi, Jowar(Sorghum), Foxtail Millet, Moong Dal, Bengal Gram, Brown Rice, Almond Flour, Cardamom powder, Vitamins and Minerals How to Use: 1. Add 1/2 cup of water or milk into a pan 2. Add 3 level table spoons (30 gms) of Sathu Maavu mix 3. Mix well to remove the lumps 4. Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins and stir continuously to avoid lumps 5.
